Melissa McArdle has practiced yoga for more than 15 years. She is a certified yoga instructor, accredited with Yoga Alliance, and focuses on the union of body and mind via the breath. Her teaching style is eclectic, taking her cues from Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and a love of movement and energetics. She has developed her own unique style of flow and alignment. Her classes are fun and playful with easy-to-follow instructions encouraging students of all levels to work deeply while honoring and working with their limitations.
